How to configure Outlook Express
- Open Outlook Express from Icon on Desktop or through the Start Menu
- Click menu option ‘Tools’, then ‘Accounts’
- In the ‘Account’ column click mail.telcowiring.com, then click ‘Properties’
- Under the ‘General’ tab, input the correct information in the fields
5. Under the ‘Servers’ tab in the ‘Server Information section, verify both Incoming Mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP) are mail.telcowiring.com. In the ‘Incoming Mail Server’ section, input your email address and password in the appropriate fields. In the ‘Outgoing Mail Server’ section, check the box for ‘My server requires authentication’
6. In the ‘Outgoing Mail Server’ section, click the ‘Settings’ button. Select ‘Log on using’ and input your email address and password. Verify that the ‘Log on using Secure Password Authentication’ box is unchecked. Click ‘Ok’ on the open windows
