The Partner system is Avaya's solution for the small office. There are over one million systems installed worldwide. The Partner system is a modular telephone system that is scalable from 3 line ports and 8 extension ports to 31 lines and/or 48 extensions. The Partner system has many built in features. Such as Caller-ID support, 5-party conferencing, Call Restrictions, Cell Phone connect, Remote Call-Forwarding, etc.

There are several voicemail options available with the Partner system. These voicemails are configured between 4 users and 200 users. Partner messaging can be connected to your network for unified messaging. All Partner systems include a paging port, music-on-hold, a System Management Detail Report (SMDR) port, and most important analog extension ports (for cordless telephones, courtesy phones, credit card machines, fax machines).
